Membership 2023

Thank you for considering Glenview. Our goal is to have as many families as we can reasonably accommodate without ruining what makes the Club so special, and over-crowding would not be in the spirit of what our members have come to appreciate about Glenview.

Facility Overview

We have a pool with a diving board that is heated by solar panels and supplemented by a gas heater to maintain 85 degrees through the season. We also have a heated wader ("toddler pool"). Our club reopened in 2014 after substantial renovations. In 2019, the pool deck was renovated and a new recreation area was added.

In addition to the pool we have a clubhouse with a premium air hockey table, a premium foosball table, and a commercial grade ping pong table. Pickleball has become especially popular and we have one "premier" court along with two basic courts for members to use year-round. Additionally, there is a high-quality basketball court and open spaces all around where kids can play various sports/activities. Further, we provide 2 outdoor gas BBQs for member use and plan to have about 5 or 6 member social events during the summer to foster stronger bonds between member families in a relaxed environment.

There are no "work hours" and the pool is open 6:00 AM -10:00 PM year-round. We are not associated with a swim club so we are open anytime for free swim. We have a board run by member volunteers who do not pay dues for the year they serve fellow Club families by keeping the operation afloat.

There is currently no charge to bring guests, however there is a limit to the number of guests allowed per family to ensure the Club doesn't become over-crowded. Members are welcome to have parties at the club year-round if reservations are available. The charge is $100.  Members can make a reservation for a party through the calendar located at this link.  Parties are limited to a maximum of 15 children and the times available are limited to non-peak hours (M-F after 5:00 PM and Weekends before 2:00 PM).

Lifeguards are scheduled to be on-duty during school breaks and throughout the summer.  Staffing is contingent upon the availability of Guards to work.

Our one-time refundable buy-in to become a part owner of this shared non-profit Club is $500, and our annual membership fee is $950. You are refunded the buy-in amount once your ownership stake is sold to a new family.  You can sell privately or with help from the board's Membership Chair if you choose to put your name on the Exit Waitlist (no guarantees we'll sell on your behalf, though).

New memberships incur a one-time administrative fee of $200.

Thank you for your interest. Our Membership Chair will respond to your inquiry promptly to confirm receipt. As memberships become available, you will be contacted according to the order in which your request was received.
