Party Reservations

We are excited you are considering our Club for your next party!  There are some rules for using the facilities. Please see them below.  Party Reservations will not be booked for holidays/holiday weekends.

We ask that party hosts be mindful and courteous of other pool members who may be using the Club during your party.  Lifeguards may be available after their normal hours during the summer, but this would be an additional cost for the member requesting the party and is subject to availability of staff.

Party Rules

  • A party is defined as more than 7 guests for one family.  We only allow for 15 children max and the total number of party goers is 40. Organized member gatherings of greater than 10 people must be preapproved and the Social Chair should be notified.

  • Parties are restricted to a time period of 3 hours.  Parties must take place during open pool hours only.  Parties must end by 9pm, so as to be respectful to our neighbors.  Only one party is allowed per day.

  • Public holiday party reservations are not permitted.  All requests will be denied.  These days include, but are not limited to, Memorial Day, 4th of July weekend or Labor Day.

  • No “end of the year” class or team parties are permitted.  This includes, but is not limited to, the final week of school of the SRVUSD calendar in order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the membership at large.

  • If you need the tables and chairs they are located in the clubhouse. Please clean them and return to that location when you are finished.

  • Bounce house, slides, or other inflatable jumping areas are NOT allowed during parties.

  • Please set up under the trees near/on the shuffleboard area.  This is to the left of the club house, next to the pickle ball courts.  You cannot set up food or tables in the clubhouse itself.

  • Please remember you do not have exclusive access to any part of the club.  Members are allowed to be at the pool with their guests and families.

  • Please remember that there is no glass allowed at the pool.

  • Please remember to use the trash receptacles for your waste.  If you have pizza boxes, please place them in the green bins if they are compostable.  If you have more than 5 boxes, please take them with you.

  • Hosting member is responsible for cleaning up after their party.
